There is much to be considered when preparing an international event:
What languages are to be spoken and understood? What style of interpreting is best suited for this purpose? Can the venue provide the necessary conference equipment? Will multiple sessions be held in parallel? I will clarify these and other questions with you before putting together a team to fit your needs.
Sometimes larger or urgent translation projects require more than one person. In order to convey the content accurately in many different languages and maintain a uniform style, the translators should work closely together. Often, larger agencies can not ensure this.
